August Axel Jewelry Studio began as a creative workshop in Venice Beach, California, and now calls Peachtree City, just south of Atlanta, home. While the location has changed, the mission remains the same: to make jewelry-making approachable, skill-driven, and genuinely fun.

We offer technique-based jewelry classes, Make Your Own Wedding Band experiences, private parties, and creative project nights designed for beginners and experienced makers alike. Whether you’re exploring a new hobby or building serious bench skills, our goal is to give you techniques you can use long after class ends.

Our classes are organized by individual techniques, allowing you to choose what fits your interests and creative goals without committing to long courses or rigid programs. Most workshops run about four hours or less — long enough to learn real skills, but short enough to fit into real life. No semesters, no long-term commitments, just learning at your own pace.

We also believe tools and techniques should fit you. Part of learning jewelry-making is discovering what works best with your hands, your workflow, and your creative brain. We’re here to help guide that process, answer questions, and share knowledge freely.

Most importantly, this should be enjoyable. We take safety and technique seriously, but we also believe learning is better when there’s laughter at the bench and creativity in the air.
