Build on your soldering skills in Bezel Setting for Beginners, a hands-on class for students who have completed Jewelry Soldering for Beginners or have prior soldering experience.

You’ll learn to measure, form, solder, and set a bezel that securely holds a stone, with plenty of bench time to practice each step. We work with small stones because they bring their own challenges. Your instructor will also demonstrate how to make bezels for larger, organically shaped stones.

Things don’t always go perfectly at the bench—and that’s where some of the best learning happens. We’ll help you recognize and fix those “oh no!” moments, so you leave with a finished piece and more confidence in your stone-setting skills.
