All are welcome! This Bonus Session was designed to accommodate existing students, or those who need a little sample before diving into one of our technique-based classes.

Kindly adhere to our SAFETY REQUIREMENTS: No naked toes. Protective eyewear will be provided and must be worn if you do not wear prescription glasses. Avoid flowy sleeves. Long hair must be pulled back into a bun or ponytail.

What can you bring to class? A growth mindset. Drinks and snacks.
